Can I invest money through this website today?
No. Investment funding is switched off until legal entity details, approved offering documents, investor eligibility checks and a payment provider that explicitly accepts this activity are all in place. You can create an account, read the approach and share an indicative interest, which is a private record and not an order.
Do you promise a return?
No. This site makes no guaranteed, expected or target return claim. Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal, and past or simulated results do not predict future results.
Are the rental properties real?
Listings are published by the operator only when the owner or authorised agent has confirmed the details and supplied their own photographs. Images supplied by us are labelled as editorial and are never shown as a property for rent.
What does registering cost, and what does it commit me to?
Nothing. Registration creates a member login with no payment, no deposit and no obligation. Your indicative interest is stored privately and reviewed by the team.
What personal information is collected?
Your name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), your risk acknowledgement, your interests and any message you send. See the privacy policy for retention, sharing and your rights.
How do I correct or delete my data?
Write to the support address shown on the contact page and ask for access, correction or erasure. Some records must be kept where the law requires it, and we will tell you which those are.
How are rents and prices shown?
Rents are indicative, stated in the currency shown on the listing, and subject to confirmation. Confirm price, availability, ownership and terms directly with us before paying anyone.
How quickly will you reply?
Contact messages go to a monitored inbox. Response times depend on the volume of enquiries; urgent account access issues should be raised through the contact form with the account topic selected.
How do I withdraw money?
No money is currently held by this site, so there is nothing to withdraw. Withdrawal and redemption terms will be published in the offering documents before any funding is accepted.
