Four areas of interest are described below. Each description explains what is studied and what can go wrong. No strategy on this page states a return, and none of them is currently available for funding through this website.

Real estate

Residential property in locations we can assess directly: supply, transport, employment, regulation and the local rental market. The directory on this site advertises rental properties supplied by their owners or agents; each listing states whether details are indicative.

Risks: prices and rents fall, occupancy drops, maintenance and tax costs rise, local law changes, and property can be slow or expensive to sell.

Public shares

Listed businesses examined through business quality, valuation, balance sheet strength and liquidity. The focus is on what the company does and what the share price implies, rather than on market narratives.

Risks: markets re-rate, results disappoint, sectors fall out of favour, and currencies move for international investors. Share prices can fall sharply and may not recover.

Digital assets

Selective research into liquid digital markets: market structure, issuance, on-chain activity and the regulatory position in each jurisdiction we serve.

Risks: extreme volatility, thin liquidity in some instruments, custody loss, exchange or counterparty failure, and regulatory change that restricts trading or ownership.

Systematic crypto trading

Rule-based strategies evaluated with historical and out-of-sample testing, monitored under risk controls and reviewed by a person rather than trusted automatically.

Risks: models fail — including during events outside their assumptions, funding and slippage costs accumulate, execution can be interrupted, and simulated results never guarantee live results. Losses can exceed the initial amount where leverage is involved, which is why any leverage would be disclosed in advance and limited by the offering terms.

Before any strategy becomes investable

Eligibility and identity checks, signed offering documents, custody and withdrawal arrangements, fee disclosure and an approved payment route are all required first. This website currently accepts no investment money.
